Ready for some more fast pages? For this video, I printed my favorite photos from May and will be showing you five page ideas.

For the pages shown in this video I used Creative Memories Spring Cottage Fast2Fab Refill Pages and Homestead Fast2Fab Refill Pages as the base (see full supply list below). I also tried the new Circle Cutter for a fun page layout spread full of circles!

Page Layouts 1 and 2

My daughter got puppies!! What fun photos to scrapbook with! Pages 1 and 2 are all about Circles! I’m starting with a base of Spring Medley Refill Pages which are predesigned as you can see. For Layouts 1 and 2 cut your photos into circle using the Custom Cutting System. FI thought it would be fun to try Creative Memories Circle Cutter so I used that on white cardstock to cut out circle to use as journaling boxes and mats. Check out my video on How to Use the Circle Cutter for more details on that fun tool. You can also insert a Creative Memories Fine Tip Pen into the Circle Cutter to draw circles.

If you don’t have the Circle Cutter, you can use Creative Memories Custom Cutting System (CCS) with the Circle Patterns to cut out your circles. One of the benefits of the CCS is you can also cut your photos as well as paper. Whereas the Circle Cutter it’s recommended to not use it to cut photos because it can dull the blade faster.

Next stick all of your circles down with Tape Runner. I’ll be posting a separate video on the details of journaling and embellishing this page. Using predesigned Fast2Fab Refills Pages really helped speed up these two pages as I didn’t have to add any background paper or borders.

Page Layout 3

For Page Layout 3 here’s a simple yet elegant Mother’s Day page. In the video (above) you’ll see how I wallpapered this Fast2Fab page (covered up the design underneath) and how I transitioned from one Fast2Fab Refill Pack design to another. For instance, I no longer wanted to use the Spring Cottage Fast2Fab Refill pages so I started a new pack of Homestead Fast2Fab pages. But what do I do with the back of my last Spring page? It bugged me that they didn’t quite coordinate. So in order to make them coordinate, I covered up the Spring design on Page 3 with some paper from the Homestead Paper Pack. You can do this with any Fast2Fab pages….if there’s a certain color oe design that bugs you or doesn’t quite go with your photos, just cover it up. Fast2Fab Refill Pages are the same price as plain Refill pages so it’s not like you are wasting money by covering up a design.

For this page I used a 12×12 piece of neutral paper as the background, then cut a 3″x12″ strip of floral designed paper for a border. Stick it all down with Tape Runner. Next add your photos in this 4-photo grid and there will be space in the top corner to layer some embellishments as well as a title sticker. Then add some journaling strips and you are done!

Page Layout 4

Page Layout 4 starts with one solid Mat mounted in the middle of your page. Next mount your photos in a cirlce around the mat. Add an embellishment to the middle of the mat, add your journaling and you are done. This is a super fast page to help speed you along. I added a clock embellishment to the center on top of the mat and then titled the page “It’s Time For…” to document something new in our life.

Page Layout 5

Layout 5 mount 3 photos on top, the one in the middle will be straight and then angle the other two away from the middle. You’ll have room at the bottom for two more photos. The design on this page happened to be lined so I used those lines and journaled directly on the page. I also added a laser cut title to the top right of the page. You can see this page really focuses on the Photos and the Story. That is just my style as I like to make my pages simple and meaningful. Being simple doesn’t mean you have to sacrafice some fun. That’s what I love about the predesigned pages as well as the title stickers or laser titles. Creative Memories has products for whatever style and speed you like. Whether it’s super crafty with just one photo per page or simple with just photos and words…you can decide what is most fun and meaningful for you to document your stories.
